Jacqueline Leamer
Co-Founder +
Head of Strategy

Jacqueline has over 15 years of experience of leading teams across global Organizational Development functions, global and regional Learning teams and Human Resources and Recruitment practices. Jacqueline previously served as the Director of L&D for McCann Worldgroup before overseeing Momentum Worldwide’s Organizational Development. 

In 2018, Jacqueline co-founded the consultancy Mind & Moxie to drive forward the philosophy that any business challenge is really an intertwining of the Head and the Heart - the business and the people. A behavioral analyst and organizational psychologist at her core, Jacqueline demands understanding of human interaction and emotional connection to inform her programmatic solutions. 

Jacqueline holds a MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from NYU. Jacqueline is certified in Coach U programming, Predictive Index, Insights Discovery, and Imperative Profiling. She is also a mentor for the University of Chicago Booth School Polsky Center. Jacqueline calls Queens, NY home where she lives with her husband and three kids.

Eric Guthoff
Co-Founder +
Head of Growth

Prior to launching The Venn Collective, Eric was a Partner at Grace Blue, a global executive search and advisory firm specializing in marketing, media, creative, and communications. He was responsible for expanding Grace Blue’s business into the sports, entertainment, esports, and gaming sectors. 

Eric previously co-founded GlideSlope, a boutique advisory firm specializing in global sports. He grew GlideSlope to a multi-million dollar business before leading it through its acquisition by CSM Sports & Entertainment.

At GlideSlope, Eric was responsible for all aspects of culture creation and human resources including recruiting, onboarding, employee retention, and career path development. Eric started his career working in Global Consulting at Octagon and IMG.

Eric is an alumnus of Miami of Ohio. He is passionate about giving back and the creator of the Great American BallParkTour, a charity event for the American Cancer Society. Eric serves on the Board of Advisors at UJA Federation’s Sports for Youth and is a Founding Member of the NY Chapter of NextGen Venture Partners.

Eric is based in New Jersey where he lives with his wife and two sons.

Matt Dubin, PhD
Co-Founder +
Head of Client Partnerships

Matt’s work as an organizational psychologist is focused on bridging the gap between what work is and what it could be – where people see their jobs as a source of growth, connection, challenge, and fulfillment. He has worked with a variety of organizations including the Los Angeles Lakers, FOX Entertainment Group, FOX Sports, Dropbox, Lyft, Silicon Valley Bank, and Blaze Pizza.

Matt holds certifications to administer the MBTI, EQ-I 2.0, and Korn Ferry 360 assessments. He has a decade of experience administering the Gallup Clifton Strengths assessment, DiSC, and the TKI conflict modes assessment.

Matt completed his PhD in Positive Organizational Psychology at Claremont Graduate University, where he was awarded the inaugural Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi Dissertation Award for Excellence in Positive Psychology for his research on cultivating flow in the workplace. He received his BA from the University of Michigan.

Matt is based in Los Angeles where he lives with his wife, baby daughter, and two dogs.
